About the Job
1、Assist the duty manager to deal with the company’s personnel management work, including the daily management of the proposal, implementation, coordination, supervision, matters tracking;
2、According to the company’s recruitment needs, build recruitment system, recruitment, interviews, salary negotiation and a series of work;
3、Familiar with the local labor law and other employment policies in Ethiopia, in accordance with the legal provisions of the pay and benefits co-ordination, payment, distribution;
4、Employee entry, exit and other formalities, employee daily attendance statistics, employee files organized into books, employee incentives and penalties for the preparation and issuance of documents, the government personnel department to communicate with the formalities of the process;
5、 office areas and facilities supervision and maintenance recommendations to ensure that all facilities in the company can be used normally;
6、Office supplies and statistics;
7、fixed assets regular inventory;
8、collect all kinds of related information, data, intelligence, for the duty manager decision-making to provide advice, reference;
9、Responsible for the company’s various types of speeches, official letters, letters written; responsible for all kinds of files summarized and organize
About You
1. Bachelor degree or above, with appropriate relaxation for experienced candidates;
2. Proficient in English, business communication level; (Chinese communication is preferred)
3. Good image and temperament, born and raised in ADDIS women; strong learning ability, strong planning and execution ability;
4.Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, organizational and coordination skills.
5.Careful and rigorous, able to withstand a certain degree of pressure;
6.Skilled in Windows office software;
7.have more than three year of work experience in this position;
