JOB SUMMERY
Human Capital Development Officer is responsible to identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis and
appraisal schemes. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the department and the individual.
Identify and select relevant training institutions. Develop and support effective induction program for new staff, apprentices and graduate
trainees. Supervise ongoing training programs. Evaluate training and development programs
JOB REQUIREMENT
Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or Management
or Public administration with a minimum of 3(three) years related work experience in human resource management.
Place of work: Head Office
