Development for All (DFA) is a not-for-profit and an independent nongovernmental civil society organization established with a mission to promote and protect the human rights of minorities and other disadvantaged communities. By so doing, DFA envisions to see “Just and inclusive society where everyone lives in dignity”.
DFA was established in Ethiopia and attained its legal personality in 2016 as a local civil society organisation with registration number 3610. It was also re-registered on 27 May 2019 by Authority for Civil Society Organization (ACSO) as per the new civil society proclamation of the country. DFA’s highest decision-making body is the General Assembly (GA), followed by Board of Directors (BD) and Executive Management led by the Executive Director.

Skill and educational background
Development for All-NGO is offering a 6-monthinternhip opportunity for women passionate about human rights. Applicants must be graduates in the social science field of studies. The selected intern’s fee will be covered. Our organization will provide guidance to ensure practical experience, and the intern will receive an orientation session from their direct supervisor/mentor. At the end of the internship, the intern will receive a standard certificate and a recommendation letter.
