Position: New Graduate Rotational Program – Coffee Division
Our New Graduate Rotational Program is a 12-month program designed to provide recent graduates with a well-rounded experience across various functions of the coffee export industry. Over the course of the program, participants will rotate through our Documentation, Logistics and Quality Control departments, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights that will prepare them for a successful career in the coffee export industry. A successful candidate must showcase their willingness to learn, be open to being coached and be detail-oriented.
Qualification
- BA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing and/or related fields from a recognized university/college.
Experience
- No experience is needed for BA degree graduates
Terms of Employment: Contract
Salary: Attractive & Negotiable
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
