1. Director – Digital Operations Directorate

Skill and educational background

MSc Degree in Computer Science, information System, Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in banking industry of which five (5) years in managerial positions with proven track records in Digital Channel, IT Security Development and Project Management.

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for providing leadership for digital banking operations within the Bank. S/he effectively partners with the business through responsive Cards, ATMs and POS support. The jobholder institute and ensure operating effectiveness of channels services and oversees reconciliation of all receivables and payables accounts for transactions. S/he oversees the management of ATMs and POS for the bank and communicate related vendor services and support. The jobholder will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Directorate through effective performance management.

2. Director – Digital Business Development Directorate

Skill and educational background

MSc Degree in Computer Science, information System, Information Technology or MA in management, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or related plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in banking industry of which three (3) years in managerial position with proven track records in digital banking.

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for leading digital product development and partnership activities of the Bank. He/she checks customers’ requirements and the need for new products/services; and works closely with various departments to ensure products meet customer requirements. He/she ensures that digital partnership activities are in line with the Bank’s overall strategy and goals. He/she also continually analyses relevant digital products/services and competitor information, and identify threats and opportunities.

3. Manager – Capital Market Project Division

Skill and educational background

BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Project Management & Economics plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with at least three (3) years in supervisory position. A Master’s degree (added advantage).

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bank’s capital market project, from initial planning to final completion. He/she will collaborate closely with capital market team, consultant, and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. He/ she will also ensure the seamless integration of the new capital markets capabilities within the Bank’s existing operations.

 4. Manager – Fund Investment Division

Skill and educational background

BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Project Management & Economics plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with at least three (3) years in supervisory position.

Master’s Degree in Finance related field (added advantage).

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for overseeing and managing the Bank’s investment portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation and performance in line with Bank’s investment strategy. S/he analyzes market trends, conducting thorough research on potential investment opportunities, and making informed decisions to maximize returns while managing risks.

5. Manager – Vendor Management Division

Skill and educational background

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in IT areas with at least three (3) years in supervisory position.

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for managing enterprise architecture and vendors related activities to achieve the Bank’s strategic objectives. She/he undertake analysis as to how to integrate new technology and its effect on current infrastructure. She/he works with business units of the Bank to confirm alignment of the business strategy and IT strategy and further to identify opportunities for improvement in current IT architecture. S/he manages vendor activities and maintain existing and new vendor relationships. S/he ensures purchased goods and services are as per specification and with the best price.

6. Senior – IFB Product Development Officer

Skill and educational background

BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management & Economics plus a minimum of Six (6) years’ in Banking operation , with at least Two (2) years in IFB Officer Services.

Job Summary:

The Job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the IFB product Development division. S/he is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with various work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. S/he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The jobholder continually collects and analyses relevant market and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities.
