1.  Branch Manager – Class III Branch

Skill and educational background

BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of nine (9) years of relevant banking experience of which three (3) years in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

2.  Principal – Database Management Officer

Skill and educational background

Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields plus a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Database Management in the banking sector.

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for the usage, accuracy, efficiency, security, maintenance and development of an organization’s computerized database(s), providing support to some or all departments depending on the size and network connectivity. S/he develops and changes the data management plan and models consistent with the needs/direction of the Bank. The jobholder coordinates the creation and implementation of the data management plans and models when data integrity, backup, and security have become an increasingly important aspect of the work.

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of auxiliary applications and ensuring that it operates effectively and efficiently. He/she will work closely with other IT units within the Bank to ensure the security, reliability, and availability of the auxiliary applications.

5. Position: Senior – Credit Risk Management Officer

Skill and educational background

BA Degree in Financial Economics, Risk management and Economics or BSc in Statistics with a minimum of six (6) years relevant experience in financial risk modeling and management.

The job holder is responsible to perform credit risk analysis and enhances proactive credit risk management by conducting appropriate risk related researches.

6.  Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst I

Skill and educational background

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information Technology related fields plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience in information security areas.

– This job may require 24/7 shift basis engagement.

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible to reviews the latest alerts on the banks’ computing environment to determine relevancy and urgency. Initiate new trouble tickets for alerts that signal an incident and escalate Incident Response for review.

7. Position: Attorney I

Skill and educational background

LL.B. degree in Laws plus a minimum of Three (3) years’ relevant experience.

Job Summary:

The Job holder is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the bank and its subsidiaries regarding legal and regulatory compliance issues. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring changes in laws and regulations affecting the bank, reviewing corporate policies and procedures, contracts, and other legal documents, and providing instructions on required actions.

8. Legal Officer

Skill and educational background

LL.B. Degree in Law plus a minimum of three (3) years of work experience.

Job Summary:

The job holder prepares a variety of legal documentation; Reviews legal documentation prepared for the Bank or arising from the work of the Bank; Provides legal advice to regional manager and staff in all areas of the Bank’s activities and proffering solutions to legal problems, constraints, risks, options, consequences and approaches.
