We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and administration to join our Company. As an integral part of our finance and admin department, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles including providing support to our clients and staff.
Assist in daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Record and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
Assist in auditing financial processes and documentation.
Maintain organized financial records and files.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
Running the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
