Senior Retail & Diaspora Business Officer-IFB

Job Summary:

  • Senior Retail and Diaspora Business Officer – IFB is responsible for driving retail & diaspora business growth by implementing strategies, designing and executing marketing campaigns and monitoring business performance. In addition, the role holder is responsible for administering the cross selling effort of the bank products & services and support the provision of excellent customer service to IFB retail and diaspora customer.

About You

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.

Experience

  •  Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.

  • Product Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, pricing and launching new products and services for the Bank in accordance with approved principles, processes, standards, and procedures. In addition, the role holder is responsible for ensuring that all new services and products are technically and commercially feasible and review the new products meet customer needs and benefit and grow the Bank.

About You

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing Management, Management and/or related fields.

Experience

  • At least six (6) years post qualification experience similar role preferably in banking or service-oriented organization.
