1. Field Sales Representative

Skill and educational background
To implement a customer focused service, competitive in the retail segment, ensuring sales efficiency and coverage, and upholding the Dashen Brewery Corporate reputation at all times.
Responsibilities :
Establish, build and maintain good working relationship with Dashen Brewery customers (existing and new),
Segments area (territory) and based on customer segment, volume and geographic location, creates a call schedule (also suggests territory segmentation),
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers,
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily planned and daily achieved reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis,
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and other trade offerings etc,
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management and providing customers with feedback,
Provides historical data by maintaining records on area and customer sales, as well as customer account information,
Contributes to team effort by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded,
Manage sales review, stock rotation, pricing, product availability, and promotional activities with every sales call/visit,
Critically assess the outlet inside and outside in terms of branding, clutter and general look and feel; Promotional items (including price and brand posters) to be displayed correctly,
Ensure assets invested in the outlet are accounted for,
Understand and support the company’s Route to Market strategy and ensure its effective implementation,
Development of visibility in outlet and in trade,
Ensure that cold beer is served,
Skill and educational background
BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related
2 years of sales related experience in FMCG environment
local language is required

2. Training Coordinator
Work Location: Debrebirhan & Gondar

Job summary:
Identifies training gaps of the plant, prepares annual training plan and conducts/facilitates, coordinate, coach and sustain progressive learning environment by providing an effective service to the value chain focused on the acquisition of competence & performance as planned in collaboration with the L & D Manager. The job holder is also responsible for post training evaluation and execution of performance management system.
Key Responsibilities: –
Learning & Development
Consultation with Head of departments & Plant Manager conduct plants Training Needs Analyses (TNA) with L&D Manager,
Properly document approved training plans,
Follow a training calendar is produced, for both external and internal training, and communicated to all department heads,
Conduct Post training evaluation reported & document,
Supervises planned trainings are effectively carried out as scheduled,
Organize training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation as required to achieve effective training attendance and delivery,
Report Training execution, and Impact assessment as agreed schedule,
Assist the Graduate Trainings in their learning process to achieve the company Graduate Training Plan,
Follow & manage all process of educational development support,
Provide soft skill training, awareness training on company policy, rule and regulations.
Performance Management:
Ensure staffs have individual goal set align with company strategy and documented,
Follow up based on company annual performance period all employees evaluated and summited signed document,
Keep record of performance result in appropriate format and make sure the hard copy goes to employee’s personal files.
Reporting:
Periodic reports on performance management, Training, EE action plans, graduate trainee, internship, development support and etc,
Monthly training plan and executed trainings report.
Skill and educational background
BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration or equivalent
At least 4 years’ relevant experience in Human Resource or Training experience.
