Dololo Import and Export Plc is looking for skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our import and export company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and experience working with international transactions.

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.

Position: Marketing Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing
  • 0-1years Experience as marketing officer in car rental or Tour Company.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Duties and responsibilities of Marketing Officer

  • Properly implement a marketing plan based on market assessment and meet the set sales goals.
  • Develop, establish and maintain marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
  • Follow-up bid that relevant to company’s operation.
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals based on the request for proposal.
  • Communicates and liaises with existing local and international potential clients via face-to-face meetings, email and telephone to explain services of the company and ensure optimal level of promotions.
  • Ensure proper car rent services as per the company’s policies.
  • Prepare the summary of car rent booking on the basis of customer application.
  • Create good customer relation with permanent and prospective customers.
  • Handle customer compliance according to company’s policies.
  •  Review replay car rent bid and Performa invoice correspondence of customers.
  • Support collecting, organizing and recommending market information to formulate sound and reliable car rent policies and related sales issues.
