Skill and educational background

BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies with 6 years of relevant banking experience out of which 2 years on supervisory position.

2. Branch Customer Experience Manager

Skill and educational background

BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies with 5 years of relevant banking experience out of which 2 years on supervisory position.

Place of work: Adama Branches

3. Chief, Resource Management Officer

Skill and educational background

MSc/MBA/MA or BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies with 11 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA out of which 4 years on senior management position or 13 years of relevant banking experience with BA out of which 5 years on senior managerial position.

Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Basic Functions of the Position:

Under the general supervision of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the job holder is responsible for planning organizing, directing and controlling overall undertakings of finance management, share management, human capital management and procurement and facility management. The job holder is responsible for designing comprehensive human capital management policies and procedures, finance management policies and procedures, share management policies and procedures and procurement and facility management policies and procedures. The job holder is responsible for providing strategic leadership, developing and executing strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization and responsible for designing organizational culture that fit the Bank’s vision and mission.
