1. Customer Service & Cash Collection Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description:

Customer Service & Cash Collection Officer will be responsible for safekeeping and updating customer file, updating construction progress to the customer, requests and follow-up payments, handling customer complaints

Skill and educational background

MSc/BSc degree in Engineering, Quality management or related field of studies.
Proven Experience of 10/12 years’ in Quality management role, preferably in real estate, construction, manufacturing industries.
Having good practical knowledge of quality management system standards and methodologies
Good Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements for the real estate and construction and manufacturing industries
Professional certification such as Six Sigma, Lean management or Quality management system
Good planning, organizing analytical and decision-making skills;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills

2. QUALITY DIRECTOR

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description:
The Quality Director is responsible to oversee and implement quality control processes across companies of the Gift Business Group (Gift Real Estate, Gift Construction, Gift Building material Manufacturing, Gift Steel Manufacturing and Gift Trading). The Quality Director will play a crucial role in insuring the highest standards of qualities are maintained throughout all stages of the operations. Also responsible to develop and implement Quality control processes, establish Quality assurance policies and drive continuous improvement

Skill and educational backgroumd

MSc/BSc degree in Engineering, Quality management or related field of studies.
