The Role Summary:
Internal Audit Manager is responsible to perform a full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and carry out internal audit functions, including preparing an audit plan, scheduling and assigning work, and estimating resource needs.
- Traces procedures from the origin of the transaction through its initial recording to final disposition in the accounts.
- Determine the extent of test checking required in an audit and select the period to be tested.
- Undertake consulting activity designed to add value and improve the company’s operations.
- Make recommendations on the reviewed systems and procedures, report on the findings and recommendations, and monitor management’s response and implementation.
- Prepare recommendations for all levels of management, considering materiality, pertinence, and documentary evidence.
- Present to audit management the results, recommendations, and conclusions of audit reviews.
- Maintain respectful and effective communications and relationships with management and staff of areas under review.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in auditing, accounting, or finance.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

3.Divisional Manager – Draught – East
The Role Summary:
To lead, motivate, and monitor a Divisional Sales Team and Key Distributors. Manage the sales team to execute sales plans that deliver sustainable growth, brand equity, sales volume, market share, and competitive advantage to achieve business goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivated and Passionate Workforce:
- Set objectives with all team members by the end of January.
- Conduct one-to-one meetings throughout the year.
- Perform mid and end-of-year performance and development reviews.
- Support ongoing development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Complete recruitment process for vacancies within the division.
Satisfied Customers:
- Develop strong relationships with key customers.
- Ensure delivery of quality customer service.
- Provide timely feedback for customer queries.
- Ensure appropriate registration of all relevant customer data in the CMS system.
Effective Route-to-Market Operation:
- Gather market data and understand market needs.
- Develop and maintain outlet universe through correct classification.
- Liaise with the Distribution team to ensure stock availability.
- Manage the overall delivery operation of the division in collaboration with ASMs and agents.
- Ensure product availability in all registered outlets.
- Manage allocation of POS materials per company standards.

- Generate insights and deliver the divisional sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the highest standard of execution throughout the division.
- Meet targets in terms of sales efficiency and profitability.
Improved Market and Table Share:
- Stay updated with competitors’ activities, initiatives, and customer trends.
- Continuously monitor table share in selected outlets.
- Ensure on-time delivery to increase reachability and market share.
- Plan, organize, and implement various market activation activities (e.g., beer invitation activations, events).
About You
- A university-level degree in any field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive managerial experience, demonstrating achievement in business objectives and team leadership.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and consultative sales skills
- Experience in the beverage or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the concerned sales division
