1:Call Center Operator

Location: Addis Ababa

Role Overview:

As a Call Center Operator at Hybrid Designs/Ride, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills.

Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that customers’ needs are met promptly.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any service-related challenges.

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, Communication, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
