1. Brand Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience : For BA 5 years & For MA 3 years
Skills:
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing practices.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the [specific industry] sector.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
2. Event Planner and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
BA or MA in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
Experience : For BA 5 years & For MA 3 years
Proven experience in event planning and marketing coordination.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Mail Chimp, social media platforms).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
3. Market Intelligence & Customer Insight Expert
Location: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
BA or MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management , Economics and related field of studies
Experience: 2 years for BA & 0 years for MA
Skills :
Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborator and team-player
Proven ability to synthesize research and analytics.
4. Marketing Expert
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Purpose:
To implement a Marketing strategy, identify and collect market information, carry out marketing research, and manage the day-to-day work of the Marketing and Sales operations.
Skill and educational background
BA or MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or Management or Economics or related field of studies
Experience: 2 years for BA & 0 years for MA
5. Senior Stock and Cash Sales Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Marketing management and other business related fields
Experience: 4 years of work experience on Fast moving consumer goods products (FMCG).
Skills:
Competence in Microsoft software’s (Excel, PowerPoint, word etc.).
Competence in Stock analysis.
6. Graphics Design
Location: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven 2 experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent creativity and attention to detail
