Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree/mastes in political Science, Human Rights, International Relations or any related field.
Experience: 3 years for Bachelor, 0 years for Masters in Law

Knowledge:
Knowledge of international and local legal frameworks governing political parties and elections
Knowledge of conflict resolution mechanisms
Ability to document files scientifically
Capacity to conduct research and briefs

Job Position 2 –  Assistant Store Keeper

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma/Degree In supply chain & logistics management or development related job positions.
3 years and Diploma |1 years and Bachelor

Knowledge:
Basic understanding of storekeeping and inventory management principles.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for data entry.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/M.Sc./BA in Project Planning and Management, Statistics, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
For MA/M.Sc. holders: at least 7 years of relevant experience.
For BA holders: at least 8 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, research design, and data analysis within electoral management or related fields.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of PMEA or MEAL system, preferably in the context of elections or governance-related programs.
Knowledge of Election cycle management
Familiarity with electoral laws, regulations, and processes is advantageous.
Knowledge of Knowledge management, learning and documentation
Knowledge of data analytics and proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques.
Knowledge of PMEL methodologies, tools, and best practices.
