CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
JOB SUMMARY:
Purpose of the Position
To lead Northern Star Airlines towards sustainable growth and profitability while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory
compliance. The CEO will also play a crucial role in securing funding and strategic investments.
Reporting to
Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the airline’s strategic vision and business plan.
Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the airline’s operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Aviation Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Financial Oversight: Manage the airline’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Capital Markets Engagement: Develop and execute strategies for accessing capital markets and securing funding.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Aviation Management, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in the airline industry or related sector.
Proven track record in leading large, complex organizations.
Extensive experience in capital markets and financial management.
Skills

Deep understanding of airline operations and regulatory environments.
