Position: Human Resource Manager

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law compliance, performance issues, and employee relations.
  • Lead and oversee the HR team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in human resources, Business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Identify and understand customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
