Position: Human Resource Manager
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law compliance, performance issues, and employee relations.
- Lead and oversee the HR team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other departments and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in human resources, Business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
