1. Digital Finance Services Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee the design and implementation of all projects under the digital finance services portfolio. Develop and execute strategies for digital financial services.
Follow up the digital finance disbursement, transaction, authorization and collection of the operation platform end to end
Ensure that the technical integration and developments are aligned with the business requirements and results in a seamless customer digital/mobile interface and user-friendly digital/mobile operations.
works closely with technology partners to identify and rectify issues and further improvements.
Provide support to train and direct the operations of digital channels teams to deliver on providing digital financial services across the Bank.
Ensure timely reporting of the digital finance services portfolio for his immediate supervisor and work towards improving month on month usage of all bank’s digital channels.
Responsible for managing digital financial services relationships with all service providers and stakeholders.
Give access to subordinates and controls their daily performance.
Coordinate and provide clarity to the branches on digital financing services strategic initiatives as well as Training
Strategy implementation and liaising with support functions in order to grow digital finance services business contribution.
Ensures that established operating policies and procedures are followed in all domestic and foreign banking activities of the Bank: ensures that NBE directives on banking operations are adhered to:
Continuously develop safeguards to control risk exposures in digital financing services.
Will perform other duties as are necessary in the execution of his/her duties and any other duties delegated by his immediate supervisor.
Skill and educational background
MA/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/ Information Technology and 8/6 years of related experience in financial institutions, product development, digital finance, technology for development, and/or payments platforms.
At least two (2) years in supervision position within digital financial services.
Exposure to development of digital finance services strategy management and assessment of business processes and requirements to inform the design and implementation of DFS projects.
Experience in conducting customer centric research for and using customer insights to drive digital finance services adoption, usage, and impact substantial exposure in implementing digital field applications, mobile payments agent banking,
Ability to lead assignments, teams and work with minimal supervision.

Position:2. Digital Service Project Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
Introduce different innovative digital banking ideas and convert into executable projects and differentiate the projects according to project management science.
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of dig itaI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Working with external pa rites ancl on board different digital banking platforms and convert the platforms to workable projects.
Deal with one or multiple projects at the same time and establish team for each project from time to time.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure alignment toward project goals.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Identify potential risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful I delivery.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Conduct quality assurance processes, including reviews, tests, and evaluations, to ensure project deliverables meet predefined standards and requirements.
Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, gathering feedbac k, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics, gathering lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future projects.
Will perform other duties as are necessary in the execution of his/her duties and any other duties delegated by his immediate supervisor.
Skill and educational background
MA/BA in Project Management. Business Administration, Information Technology or related field and 6/8 years of service respectively.
Proven experience in Project Management preferably in digital projects or within the technology industry or financial institution product development, banks or microfinance.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
