1.Automation and Electrical Engineer -Brewing and Utility
Job summary
The Electrical and automation engineer is responsible for the design, development and implementation of Electrical and automated systems. They work with a variety of hardware and software components to create complex processes that can be executed by machines instead of humans. Electrical and automation engineer may also be tasked with overseeing junior engineers or technicians. This might include providing guidance on best practices, reviewing designs, checking for errors, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures the required availability for the production process of electrical, process automation and computerization systems at the lowest possible cost and considering both legal and Kegna’s regulations
- Determine the policy and master plan in the fields of process automation and process computerization within the production departments.
- People Management and Development:
- Plant and process operations:
- Support the Senior Electrical and Automation manager in preparing training needs analysis and develop training plans accordingly; monitor that training delivers the expected results
- Support the technological team to minimize extract losses
- Extract and analyze automation data of Brewing and Utility plants
- Support corrective maintenance in Electrical, automation and process control by evaluation, troubleshooting support and knowledge transfer
- Manage calibration activities, software modifications, backups, parameter registration, recipe and version control
- Manage software licenses and versions
- Assess the performance of shift technicians and automation technicians with regards to solving automation issues in Brewing and utility plants.
- Assess and train shift technicians and automations technicians in electrical and automation
- Support inventory requirements for automation, electrical and process control
- Prepare, engineer, execute and evaluate required software or automation modifications in brewing and utility
- Organize, execute and validate all projects, modifications required on electrical installation
- Ensure all after care and maintenance on electrical installations is properly organized and certified. (lightning protection, UPS, drawing management, earthing measurements, etc.)
- Support with troubleshooting and support to (senior) shift technicians, in case of problems
- Contract management of all contract regarding electrical maintenance (e.g. IPP plant, earthing measurement, etc.)
- High voltage system responsible
- Organize safe and effective start up and shut down of the brewery in case of power disruptions
- Accountable for electrical drawing management
- Organize the Electrical and automation workshop
- Perform breakdown analysis (BDA)
- Participate in TPM PM teams for breakdowns and short-stops reduction
- Develop a maintenance policy and a master plan on automation
- Support the senior Electrical and Automation engineer in development of the automation contingency plan (obsoletes management)
- Organize thirds party services with regards to automation support (e.g. “teleservice” and emergency support)
- Support the production team in translation of technical requirements from new product/recipe developments and implementation of these changes via modifications.
- Develop and maintain a database of all Brewing and Utility in brewery PA/PI equipment (e.g. settings, sensitivity, parameters, reach etc.)
- Meet the operational output plan, work towards reduction of operational losses such as breakdowns, changeover times and minor stops, and production inputs
- Should be willing to travel in shifts to support shift crews
- Programs and Systems:
- Facilitate improvement roll out plan like water and Energy, BD reductions, speed lose and minor stop
- To translate and cascade down all kegna’s vision and mission into department strategy, objectives, priorities and targets and create commitment to implement
- Ensure and facilitate implementation of Company strategic programs
- Ensure and facilitate implementation of Company systems
- Support the other engineers in preparing the department budget, in terms of materials, new software, new hardware
- Safety:
- Create a safe working environment in the all Department
- Ensure plant operations is carried out respecting safety rules and regulations
- Enforce the use of PPE’s in the work place
- Ensure implementation of different safety standards and systems through active participation and take disciplinary measures where necessary (safety tags, near miss reporting, unsafe act reporting, Life Saving Rules implementation…)
- Make sure “Safe Work Permit” is implemented whenever necessary
- Proactively manage safety of contractors together with SHE Engineer
- Promote implementation of Accident Registration and Analysis when necessary and support the SHE Engineer during the investigation of the root causes for accidents
- Make sure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards

About You
Academic requirement: MSC/BSC in Engineering or related fields
Work experience: 4/6years of relevant experience
Additional Competencies:

- Knowledge on Siemens Step 7 TIA portal, Totally integrated automation.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting on BOTEC F1 system.
- Must have a strong ability to work on High Voltage grid station

2.Senior Auditor
Job summary
The senior auditor of the company is responsible for risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations as the direction given by the internal audit and compliance manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performs and controls the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Determines internal audit scope and develop annual plans
- Obtains, analyses and evaluates accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
- Prepares and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
- Acts as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
- Identifies loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
- Maintains open communication with management and audit committee
- Documents process and prepare audit findings memorandum
- Conducts follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
- Engages to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
- Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
