1.Cashier

 

Job Purpose

  • To receive and disburse cash from internal and customers, keeps records appropriately, and posts transactions and balances accounts accordingly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives any corporate revenues by the legal and authorized receipts.
  • Effect payment after verifying the supporting payment documents as per the company policy.
  • Counts money to verify amounts received and issues receipts for cash received.
  • Posts transactions and balances accounts.
  • Ensures that all entries are properly documented, and all transactions are backed up with complete required documentation that is properly dated and signed.
  • Prepares check request vouchers and payment vouchers ensuring that all supporting documents are completed before payment.
  • Performs payments for the authorized person, institution, or organization through checking up the legality and approval conditions of the expenditures and other related disbursement vouchers signed by the authorized bodies.
  • Takes into action carefully the directives developed about cash recipients and payments.
  • Receives financial documents by checking up the legality & accuracy of the accounts.
  • Informs the immediate supervisor in written form when there is a balancing error between the cash received and deposited amount in the bank.
  • performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

 

About You

Qualification and Skills

  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance ,Accounting  or related fields.
  • Ability of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ Language is Mandatory and knowing English and other local languages are advantageous

Experience:  

  • Zero (0)  experience

Skills:

  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Good experience of Cash Register Machine.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.

2.Accountant

Job Purpose:

  • To provide accounting and finance support and prepare financial reports based on internal deadlines by assuring all backup documentation is audit ready and troubleshooting accounting issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tracks expenses and other financial transactions, mainly involving expense entry, tracking, and record keeping.
  • Reconciles cash accounts for hub offices.
  • Follows up with washing stations to make sure that weekly expense reports are submitted within the deadline.
  • Records and maintains appropriate financial transactions and accounts based on the company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Assists in preparing for audits and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
  • Supports in replenishment of petty cash maintenance of washing stations and hub office according to maximum petty cash policy, and ensures that all petty cash procedures are followed.
  • Ensures the safeguard of bank checks, cash receipts, and petty cash.
  • Organizes, files and keeps financial source documents.
  • Records revenues, expenses, accruals, adjustments, etc. accurately and appropriately.
  • Posts transactions to general ledger accurately and timely.
  • Records, corrects and adjusts journal entries and prepares trial balance.
  • Collects and files financial documents from various washing stations/units, and balance the daily records and prepares proof sheet and supporting documents.
  • Prepares and submits timely, accurate, and complete periodic financial statements for review.
  • Identifies and codes all financial documents based on chart of accounts of the Company.
  • Organizes, files and keeps financial source documents.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

3.Fleet Expert

Job Purpose

  • To plan, organize, and control the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, removal of speed limiter and GPS devises aligned with company and government requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Controls overall fleet management and trucks GPS operation
  • Implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for fleet management of trucks that install speed limiter and GPS system.
  • Controls and follows-up the speed limiter installation, fleet management and after sales services for each vehicle.
  • Ensures the speed limiter and GPS systems are properly maintained and approves the removal of equipment on the completion of tasks.
  • Controls the movement of each driving track; makes detail operational analysis and forward solutions for corrective actions.
  • Provides alternative mechanisms of fleet management and GPS system for assuring effectiveness and to protect against all risks.
  • Ensures the speed limiter, GPS devises and all working tools, procedures are aligned with company and local government regulations.
  • Collects feedback for all users about the operation of each vehicle that installs speed limiter and GPS devices and provides immediate solutions.
  • Ensures that the installation is free from any risks related to the failure of mechanical and electrical parts of the vehicle.
  • Proves to detect and act for any failure on the GPS integrated with speed limiter timely resolution of requests with solution and escalate to his immediate supervisor.
  • Leads the induction program for the drivers on the operation of the devices, reporting methods, rules and regulations of the company, and government requirements.
  • Monitors all equipment based on the checklist before and after the installation of speed limiter and GPS devices.
  • Prepares and submits periodical reports to the concerned body.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

About You

Qualification and Skills

  • Level IV or BA degree in Supplies Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Management, Management Information System, or related fields.

Experience:  

  • 2 years for Level IV
  • 1 year for BA degree

 Skills

  • Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • GPS configuration, troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
