1.BRANCH MANAGER – GRADE C (INTEREST FREE BANKING)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch

JOB REQUIREMENT

MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5
years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services
manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A

2.SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATION TECHNICAL

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Analyzes and documents technical requirements for software and system implementations.
Designs, develops, and integrates technical solutions within existing systems or new platforms.
Works closely with developers, IT teams, and other technical staff to ensure technical requirements are met.
Oversees or participates in system testing to ensure technical solutions meet quality and performance standards.
Monitoring activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
Ensuring project complies with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitoring project progress and propose changes where necessary.
Working with project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
Working with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
Manages project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
Carries out other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENT
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, and other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in IT of which 2+ years of
experience in a project management officer role.

3.SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATION BUSINESS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Analyzes and documents business requirements for software and system implementations.
Analyzes existing business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement or optimization.
Works closely with technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business requirements and deliver value.
Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Supports change management processes, including training and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions
Monitoring activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
Ensuring project complies with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitoring project progress and propose changes where necessary.
Working with project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan.

4.MANAGER, IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Oversees the daily operations of IT Project Management Office;
Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
Ensuring project complies with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
Compiling project reports and informing VP-Information Systems regarding problems.
Implements project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports
Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline
work plan.
Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
Manages project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
Carries out other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENT
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, and other related fields with 9.5/7.5 years of experience in IT or Business
of which 2+ years of experience in an IT project management role.

5.BRANCH AUDITOR

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Undertake audit examination, International
Review transaction and the proper functioning of the internal control procedures throughout the Branch,
Conducts special investigation when needed,
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management and any other related fields with 3.5 years of
experience in internal/external auditing, preferably in banking industry.

6.SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (INTEREST FREE BANKING)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Assists and takes over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in case of absence and delegation
Assists Customer Service Specialists in handling and counting bulk cash deposits/withdrawals
Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash
Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
Checks and balance physical cash with the Cash Administrator
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other
related fields with 2.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of
which at least 1 year on CSS position.

7.BRANCH ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – GRADE B (INTEREST FREE BANKING)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,
Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,
Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,
Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,
Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,
Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,
Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents.
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of
which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
Collects and validates original Payment Instruments against the System.
Issues and signs Payment Instruments
Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions
Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduates of years 2023 & 2024 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration,
Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
No prior experience is required.
Age ≤ 25
Exit Exam is required
