Job Description:

The Sales and Customer Service Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s logistics services to potential clients, as well as providing excellent customer service to existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell the company’s logistics services to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, services, and shipment tracking.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Prepare sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Skill and educational background

Zero years and above in bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in using cash register machine.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of using Microsoft office.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our logistics company. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of logistics activities.Manage and supervise the branch’s operational activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other branches and departments to optimize logistics processes and meet customer requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
